In the third part of my “interviews with friends” series, I talked to May @becksboss , about her dreams of being a wrestling and fashion designing. We also talked about the people she loves and Victoria’s Royal Rumble return. *I wrote this interview in a different format just to try something new*
Me: I’ve known you for some time now and I know you’ve dreamt about wrestling and being a fashion designer, but for those that don’t know what are those dreams like for you?
May: To me those dreams mean everything to me because I always wanted to wrestle ever since I was little, and it’s always been my dream to become a wrestler. Becoming a famous designer also means the world to me because I’ve been wanting to make my own gears and stuff. Hopefully I can make other superstars’ gears when I’m in WWE. Those dreams mean the world to me and hopefully I will be able to achieve them soon.
Me: When you first started watching wrestling did you ever think it would mean this much to you?
May: At first no because I was like five, but then when I continued to watch it, wrestling became really cool to me and I remember saying “ i want do that one day”. Women’s wrestling really inspired me to me like it more, become a wrestler, and it meant a lot to me growing up.
Me: Who are some of the wrestlers that inspire you the most?
May: Victoria, Sasha and Melina
Me: Do you have a favorite wrestling moment or a moment that made you realize you want to wrestle?
May: Yes it was when AJ Lee was wrestling. I think the year was around 2013 and I seen one of her matches, and that was when I wanted to start wrestling. Also, with the women’s first Royal Rumble match made me also want to wrestle.
Me: What are some matches you’d like to have one day?
May: Iron man match, hell in a cell, last woman standing, and falls count anywhere
Me: You mentioned Victoria as someone who inspires you a lot, what was it like watching her return at the royal rumble?
May: It was exciting to watch her return at rumble because she’s mainly the first person that got me into wrestling and to see her return meant a lot to me.
Me: One last question for your dream of fashion designing, how did you get into designing and where would you like to go with it?
May: Well my school offers it and I always wanted to do it, and I would always watch youtube videos about it. Hopefully I can go a lot of places and make my own business with fashion designing since I been studying a lot about and I always found a school for it.
Me: Do you have a dream person to design for?
May: The main person i wanna design for is Sasha and hell gc
